- Thirty-day notice to transfer from one David S. Brown Enterprises, LTD community to another **
- Fully furnished short-term apartments available
- Employer is listed as a participant in the program
* If your employer transfers you out of the Baltimore-Metro area, you are not required to pay a cancellation fee provided you give the leasing office 60 days written notice before your move-out date.
** This is typically a 60-day notice; certain transfer fees will still apply.
